Animation Students win Silver and Gold at the 2010 Tucson ADDY Awards!
Included in the Tucson Ad-Fed 2010 ADDY Award Winners are 3 awards for Student Animation projects produced at The Art Center Design College.
Eva Alcazar won a Student Gold ADDY® for Child Soldiers.
Child Soldiers is a somber and chilling Motion Graphics piece depicting the tragic consequences of young children taken from their families and pressed into service for purposes of war.
Luke Ralston won a Student Gold ADDY® for Wrecked.
Wrecked is a humorous 2D Animated short telling the story of a man cut down by a sudden car accident followed by a hilariously absurd if somewhat tragic case of denial and eventual acceptance.
Todd Winkels won a Student Silver ADDY® for Loss of Face.
Loss of Face was produced using a variety of 2D Animation techniques coupled with unique sources of audio creating a mysterious and abstract recollection of voices, faces, and thoughts lost in time.
